Molly leads Spotlight Health, handling quality, strategic and marketing activities. She has a Masters Degree in Mechanical and Bio-medical Engineering, is an award winning engineer, and held team lead position at QuantuMDx (£50.5M raised and CE-IVD product launched)

Tom leads the technical development of Spotlight Health's products. He has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, is an IMechE Fellow, and as VP Product Development at miDiagnostics (£150M raised) led the team that launched their CE-IVD product in 2022.

Jonathan is CEO of QuantuMDx, CTO of Sansure and brings strong strategic and commercial support to Spotlight Health. He was recognised for his achievements in 2015 when he was awarded European CTO of the Year, and advised Lord O’Neil’s Review on Antimicrobial Resistance in 2014
